Versions 9.0 And Later
1. Click on "Settings" at the top of your AOL window
2. Click on the "Index" tab if it's not already selected
3. Select "Internet [Web] Options" under the "I" section
4. Click on the "AOL Browser" tab of the window that pops up
5. Under "Web Graphics" select "Never compress graphics"
6. Click the "General" tab
7. In the section "Temporary Internet Files" click the "Delete Files" button
8. Click "OK" to close the window

Earlier Versions
1. Click the "Settings" tab or "My AOL" icon at the top of your AOL window
2. Click "Preferences"
3. Click the "Internet Properties (WWW)" link or the "WWW" icon
4. Click the "Web Graphics" tab of the window that pops up
5. Select the "Never compress graphics" option OR uncheck the "Use Compressed Graphics" box
6. Click the "General" tab
7. In the section "Temporary Internet Files" click the "Delete Files" button
8. Click "OK" to close the window
